We all know about the importance of water, but most of us still fail to consume a 1 litre a day. Whether it's due to lack of planning or simply down to disliking the taste of water. Today I'm going to share 3 easy ways to consume more water!
1. Eat water-enriched foods
Ok, this is a super easy way to increase your water intake. Trade your regular packet of crisps for high water content fruits such as: melon (any melon will do) grapes, pineapple, strawberries, apples etc. This is great for those of you that dislike the taste of plain water, you'll be consuming more water whilst getting your vitamins at the same time!
2. Set reminders. There are so many things to remember in our daily lives, that it can be hard to remember these little things.
